Yay today is groundhog day, love groundhogs today and look at your shadow a lot, or you forgot about it, until your friend reminded you, and you roll your eyes and laugh, because you think groundhog day is weird.I think that we should all enjoy rodents today and smile and not let groundhogs detremine our fate.

ETHAN

That’s so weird.

PENNY

I remembered Haley Dobson was having a party too.

ETHAN

It’s okay. She’s cool. You should hang out with cool people. We’re starting high school next year and you… you’re gonna need cool friends there. At least, that’s what I hear.

ETHAN

Her brother has a fake ID.

PENNY

That’s cool.

Yeah.

My piñata had tootsie rolls. I guess that doesn’t compare.

ETHAN

I have to get going.

PENNY

Oh. That’s cool.

Yeah. Jeff’s—

You probably have plans for tomorrow.

I don’t mind. You know. Haley and Jeff are cool.

I will be if you keep talking to me and are late for your plans with Jeff.
